The Sydney Cardiovascular Symposium is Australia’s premier cardiovascular research event. This year's theme is Innovations in Cardiovascular Science with a focus on understanding and targeting the intersection of vascular biology, cardiac biology and organ cross-talk.

The Sydney Cardiovascular Symposium, now in its eighth year, hosted by the Heart Research Institute, Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, The George Institute for Global Health and Westmead Institute of Medical Research

The Sydney Cardiovascular Symposium is free to attend and attracts the best and brightest of NSW researchers, interstate and international talent.

Our vision is to make the world’s best cardiovascular expertise accessible to all NSW researchers and facilitate statewide collaboration to translate this expertise into clinical practice and establish NSW as the preeminent Australian leader in cardiovascular research.
